Michigan Lutheran Seminary Concert Choir will offer a concert of sacred music at Immanuel during Holy Week on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:00 pm.
The choir will offer selections that focus on Jesus' Passion - His triumphal entry on Palm Sunday, His Last Supper on Maundy Thursday, His Crucifixion on Good Friday, and His glorious rising to life on Easter Sunday.
The thirty voice traveling choir, under the direction of Professor Leonard A. Proeber, has toured annually with appearances in more than 30 states, Canada, and Europe. The choir, consisting mainly of stateside students, includes several international students who are attending the school in preparation for the pastoral or teaching ministry.
