Jefferson Man Accused Of Tweeting Video Of Couple Having Sex

The man is accused of secretly recording the couple without their consent.

JEFFERSON, NJ — A Jefferson man was arrested after allegedly posting videos of a couple having sex on Twitter, police said.

Jarred P. Scheidecker, 21, was charged with invasion of privacy and burglary after a ten month investigation, Jefferson Detective Joseph Kratzel said. Scheidecker allegedly secretly filmed a man and woman having sex and uploaded the video to Twitter. He allegedly sent a link to the woman's mother and sister, the Daily Record reported.

The tweet appears to have been removed, Kratzel said.

The couple did not consent to being recorded, Kratzel said. Scheidecker is currently being held at the Passaic County Jail on other charges, police said.
