N.J. Man Arrested For Not Telling Partners He Was HIV Positive: Report
Ricky Daniel Webster is facing reckless endangerment charges after he did not tell two Pennsylvania women he was HIV positive, reports say.
A New Jersey man is reportedly facing charges after he failed to tell sexual partners he was HIV positive.
Ricky Daniel Webster, 25, is facing reckless endangerment charges after he had sex with two woman in Easton, Pa. and failed to disclose he was HIV positive, the Morning Call Reported.
Webster, of Lebanon, N.J., was arrested Saturday by Easton Police, NBC10 said.

The women contacted authorities after an internet search showed Webster had been previously arrested on similiar charges, NBC10 said.
Webster was previously sentenced to four years in prison in 2010 for failing to tell two female sexual partners, including a 15-year-old, that he was HIV positive, LehighValleyLive.com reported.

Webster is currently being held at Northampton County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
