Power Restored In Washington

LONG VALLEY, NJ — A minor power outage has hit Long Valley Wednesday morning, according to JCP&L.

As of 11:17 a.m., 228 JCP&L customers are without power in the Drakestown Washington Township because of a downed wire. A small number of homes in Chester Township, Mount Olive, and Roxbury are also without power.

Power should be restored by 1:30 p.m., the power company said.

Update: as of 1:39 p.m., power has been restored.
