Three Charged With Selling Fentanyl In Morris County: Prosecutor
Two of them are also accused of selling cocaine, Morris County Prosecutor said.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Two people were indicted on charges Tuesday that they sold fentanyl and cocaine in Morris County, Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said. A third is accused of selling only cocaine.
Jose M. Mejias and Ines M. Rivera-Rodriguez were indicted on charges stemming from a traffic stop in September 2017, Knapp said. Seven ounces of cocaine and 2,450 doses of heroin with a value of $20,500 were allegedly seized from them.
Casimiro Richiez-Martinez was indicted following a February 2018 arrest, Knapp said.

Knapp said the three sold drugs in Mount Olive Township, Rockaway Township, and Rockaway Borough as part of a ring.
“This investigation targeted individuals responsible for importing and distributing a steady supply of Fentanyl in Morris County. The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and its Narcotics Task Force partners will continue to combat the opiate epidemic through enforcement efforts targeting for profit drug dealers,” Knapp said.
