Ordinance RO-08-20 is a capital ordinance that is fully funded and does not authorize any borrowing. The reserves were funded and unspent in prior year budgets. Ordinance RO-09-20 amends a previously adopted ordinance to add two additional roads - due to higher grant awards and lower bids than originally anticipated for other roadwork - to those roads enumerated in the previously adopted ordinance.
