BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BY THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, APPROPRIATING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $980,000 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $850,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF

ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT BY THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, NEW JERSEY, AND APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 THEREFOR FROM GENERAL CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS OF THE TOWNSHIP
