Washington Township Police Complete Tactical Training

LONG VALLEY, NJ - Last week the Washington Township Police Department held an in-service training at police headquarters.

The training was by Veterinary Tactical Group covered Tactical Canine Casualty Care through hands on scenario based training.

Class covered management of the critically ill or injured working dog in the tactical environment utilizing the principles of human based tactical medicine. Washington Township Police Department K-9 Officer Michael Thompson attended the training.
