Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic all of your classes are on ZOOM.

Washington Township Recreation Summer Yoga classes are now forming for ages 10-adult.

For peace of mind, better bodies, and sanity in a hectic world, then join Washington Township Recreation Summer Yoga classes. For a decade or more, doctors and other health practitioners have been recommending yoga to their patients to manage stress or depression or to serve as complementary self-care for people with back pain, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cancer and other medical conditions. This hour yoga class suitable for everyone, from the absolute beginner to a more seasoned practitioner, and will consist of a series of strengthening, toning, relaxing breath and meditation exercises.

Summer Wednesday & Thursday Schedule is as follow:

Wednesday's from June 3 - July 8, 2020 (6 weeks)

Beginner Yoga 9-10am - Instructor Kathryn Higgins

Intermediate Mat Yoga 10:15-11:15 - Instructor Kathryn Higgins

Gentle Mat Yoga 11:30 -12:30 - Instructor Gabrielle Sinagra

Thursday's from June 4 - July 9, 2020 (6 weeks)

Early Morning Mat Yoga 8am-9am - Instructor Kathryn Higgins

Thursday's from June 4 - June 25, 2020 (4 weeks)

Chair Yoga - 10am - 11am - Instructor Melissa Albertson

Lunch Break Yoga - 12pm - 1pm - Instructor Melissa Albertson

A nonrefundable fee is due before the start of class. Payments are only accepted online by paying with a check or credit card. Registration forms WILL NOT be accepted once the classes have begun.
