A 45-year-old Brielle man was charged in his hometown last week with heroin possession, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
Donald J. Gerraty of Lenape Trail was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance om June 6, court records show.
The heroin amount was less than one ounce, according to the complaint
Gerraty is scheduled to appear in court on June 24 at 9 a.m. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
