A 33-year-old Belmar man was charged with prescription fraud after trying to obtain 45 Xanaz pills from Rite Aid, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
Anthony Guzman of 16th Avenue was charged on May 13 with attempting to obtain the pills from Rite Aid in Neptune, according to court records.
Guzman was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday at 12 noon.
No bail information was available.
