Camden Man Indicted On Vehicular Homicide Charges

A Monmouth County grand jury recently indicted a Camden man in connection with a motor vehicle death that occurred in Belmar on April 20, 2014.

Edwin Martinez was indicted for aggravated manslaughter, vehicular homicide by driving a vehicle recklessly, causing the death of ”T.S.” while within 1,000 feet of school property, assault by auto and driving without a license, according to the indictment.

Martinez was also indicted on criminal mischief charge that occurred on April 20, 2014 by purposely damaging a window on a Jeep belonging to ”S.F.” the indictment states.
