A 29-year-old Lake Como woman was indicted on heroin charges over the past week, according to Monmouth County court records.
Sara Best allegedly was carrying heroin in Bradley Beach on Jan. 1, 2014 when she was discovered by authorities.
Best was indicted on Feb. 20. No additional information was available.
