A 32-year-old Manasquan man has been charged with aggravated assault for head-butting a person and breaking a bone, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Justin Lally was charged with the second-degree crime after the alleged incident took place on Nov. 28.
The victim's face had a broken bone and a left eye that was swollen shut, the prosecutor's office said.
Lally was subsequently held on $25,000 bail.
