A Manasquan man is facing assault and making terroristic threats after a Dec. 28 incident in Wall Township, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.Bryan W. Tuero, 35, 1507 Atlantic Avenue, was charged after he pulled the victim's hair, threw her to the ground injured her right hand and wrist and kicked her in the ribs, authorities said.He also threatened to kill her twice, according to the complaint.
