Manasquan Mid-Winter Beach Run/Walk Is Set

The Manasquan Mid-Winter Beach Run/Walk, a two-mile fun run and walk around the beach area, will be held Feb. 17 at 11 a.m.

The run is mostly on the roads by the beach and on Beach Walk, but a quarter-mile is on the beach itself. "Nice party and awards at Leggett’s immediately after the event with a Bountiful Free Buffet!" according to the race flier.

You can pick up your sweatshirts and number on Friday, Feb. 16 from 5 to 8 p.m., or Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until run time, on the day of event, at Leggett’s 217 First Ave Manasquan, NJ 08736

Fee is $30 plus a $3.50 convenience charge for a total of $33.50.

All proceeds go to Manasquan First Aid Squad.
