Cross-Country Cyclists Arriving in Manasquan
Pair that began in California will end trip Sunday with ocean plunge in Sea Girt

Two cyclists making a cross-country trip from California to raise money for cerebral palsy are expected to ride through Manasquan Sunday afternoon before ending their journey with an ocean plunge in Sea Girt.
James Monahan and John Trevor Gladych are expected to ride along Broad Street at 2:30 p.m., where members of the high school's Life is Good Club and local supporters will line the street outside the school to support the cyclists' attempt to raise awareness for the Kineavy-Gaynor Scholarship Fund for college-bound students with cerebral palsy, organizers said.
Supporters will accompany Monahan and Gladych on their home stretch to the Atlantic Ocean, organizers said. Participants are asked to use any non-motorized form of wheeled transportation, such as bikes, skateboards and inline skates.
