A Monmouth County grand jury recently indicted a Stockton Lake man on one count of theft of movable property and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Morgan Elliot, 26, is accused of theft of movable property valued at over $500 on May 12, 2014 in Manasquan. He faces two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, one for heroin, the other for testosterone cypionate on May 15 in Manasquan, according to the indictment.
