UPDATE: Missing Autistic N.J. Teen Found In NYC
The family of a missing autistic teen from Point Pleasant say the 16-year-old has been located.

An autistic Point Pleasant teen who has been missing since Friday has been located, his family announced via Facebook.
“UPDATE: ADAM HAS BEEN FOUND!!!!! Adam’s father & brother found him in NY PENN STATION approx 15 minutes ago. We thank each & every single one of you who sharedthis post and had people looking out for our son!!!! Thank you one & all!!!!! We will forever be in your debt!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!,” Wendy Coker Rogers said in a Facebook post on Saturday afternoon.

The family of Adam Rogers says they believe the 16-year-old took a train into New York City Friday morning.
According to a Facebook post by Adam’s mother, Wendy Coker Rogers, his family believes he is in Manhattan, possibly the East Village.

She said she was able to track him at Penn Station around 2 p.m. Friday when he tried to make a purchase there.
According to a description his mother provided via Facebook: Adam is 6 ft tall and about160 lbs. He has brown hair, brown eyes, a fair complexion.
“We believe that he was wearing blue jeans and black & white converse sneakers with bright Aqua laces. If everyone would continue to share this information & please keep an eye out for hi,” she said via Facebook. “He got it in his mind to do some unauthorized traveling yesterday.”
He is listed in the The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children database.
Anyone who sees him should call Point Pleasant Police Department 732-892-0062 or to take him to a local police station.
