A Wall man was arrested this past week after "consuming narcotics every two days for one-and-a-half months," according to Monmouth County court records.
Keith Chambers, 52, violated a condition of his community service for life sentence by ingesting the narcotics
Chambers had pending complaints in Toms River for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
On Thursday, Chambers reported to parole and was offered a residential treatment faciliity as a result o his narcotics admission. He refused and was charged.
He is being held on $2,500 bail
