An ordinance would appropriate $500,000 for needed work. See what else is on tap for this week.

MANCHESTER, NJ — It's Thanksgiving week, and while many people already are thinking about carving the turkey, there is some business being conducted in Manchester this week.
The Township Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Monday at town hall, and is slated to hold hearings on ordinances it introduced at the Nov. 8 meeting. Among those ordinances is one that provides for $500,000 in capital spending on improvements to the eastern service area, and one that will set up charges for the township to charge to put records onto USB drives in response to an Open Public Records Act requests.
The proposed ordinances can be read here. The agenda for Monday's meeting had not yet been posted as of Sunday.
