Marlboro High School’s teachers have been ranked 84th on a list of the New York City area’s best high school teachers.
Niche.com ranked the teachers based on a number of factors, including parent/student surveys, teacher absentee rates and student-teacher ratios.
According to the website, in Marlboro:

- some 5.3 percent of teachers missed ten or more days a year for sick or personal leave
- some 3.3 percent of teachers are in their first or second year of teaching
