Aberdeen Township Appoints Jim Dolan to Economic Business Council
Aberdeen Township has appointed real estate executive Jim Dolan to the Aberdeen Economic Business Council.
Aberdeen Township today announced the appointment of real estate executive Jim Dolan to the Aberdeen Economic Business Council (EBC).
A licensed realtor, Dolan is a principal of Aberdeen-based Florham Realty Management, LLC, a commercial real estate development and management company whose holdings include the Aberdeen Townsquare shopping center and over 15 other properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Arizona. He was appointed to fill a position vacated by Steve Marcinkiewicz of PNC Bank.
Dolan graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is an active board member for the Janet Fund, an organization devoted to awareness, education and prevention of Sudden Cardiac Arrest in children.

He joins the appointed committee that includes Chairman Carmine Visone of Home Away From Home Academy; Jason Bigelow, Advanced Tire and Auto Center; Eugene DeMarco, DeMarco’s Catering and Gourmet Deli; Bill Parness, Parness & Associates Public Relations; Maxine Rescorl, Aberdeen Township Planning Board & Zoning Board Secretary; Dunkin Donuts franchisee David Shah; along with township representatives Mayor Fred Tagliarini and Township Manager Holly Reycraft.
The Aberdeen Economic Business Council was formed in 2012 to improve relations between the township government and the business community, explore opportunities for new commercial or industrial development, and help attract new businesses to town.
