Outdoor Service Technician. Basic Description:
Providing professional service and building solid relationships with our customers. Working independently while being part of a team, driving performance and success.
Duties and Tasks may include:
Providing outdoor services year round to homeowners and businesses.
Communicating with customers to answer questions and address complaints.
Driving a company vehicle and working independently at job sites.
Perform Lawn Care and Pest Control Applications
Key Competencies:
Good communication skills.
Physical stamina and physically fit.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required:
Clean background check, drivers license, and drug test.
Details and Compensation:
Full time & year round position

Pay rate: $13 /hour your first year.
Aggressive scheduled raises: Earn $14.75 year 2, $16.50 year 3, $17.75 year 4, $19 /hour year 5!
