Cafe La De Da Will Host A Grand Opening On Saturday, June 25
The European-Styled Cafe With Full Espresso Bar Is Located in Middletown, N.J. Mayor Gerard Scharfenberger Will Cut The Ribbon at 9 a.m.

Café La De Da, a European-style gourmet coffee bar, has opened at 549 Highway 35 North, in the Elite Trampoline Plaza, Middletown, New Jersey. The telephone number is (732) 747-0606. There will be a grand opening and ribbon-cutting on Saturday, June 25 at 9 a.m. Middletown Township Mayor Gerard Scharfenberger will be present to cut the ribbon. The public is invited. During the grand opening week, Café La De Da will provide complimentary coffee with any purchase.
Café La De Da is a full espresso bar offering a diverse variety of gourmet coffees and teas including espresso, cappuccino, cold brew lattes, specialty coffee drinks, and chai teas in an elegant environment that features lounge-style and window seating complete with free Wi-Fi. Hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For people in a rush, orders can be texted in advance to (732) 504-3182. The coffee of choice for the café is Korbrick Coffee, in existence since 1920. Korbrick is offered in upscale establishments in New York City, and Martha Stewart is also a fan.
The café is owned by entrepreneur Grace Sepe and managed by Isabella Caputi, Grace’s daughter.

To help promote healthy lifestyle choices, Café La De Da provides a unique line of custom smoothies formulated under the direction of Executive Pastry Chef Laura Dardi. Dardi has several decades of experience and has developed thousands of plant-based recipes and has made every type of traditional dessert into a more nutritionally sound dessert while preserving a pleasing palate. The smoothies will feature organic, raw, plant-based and vegan ingredients with locally-sourced produce. There are an assortment of gluten-free, vegan and Paleo-friendly options along with bagels and breakfast sandwiches. And for those who want traditional decadent desserts in the French tradition, Café La De Da offers croissants and pastries. In the future, the café will expand into raw desserts and will offer regular and vegan lunch options.

Café La De Da is the third business enterprise for successful entrepreneur Grace Sepe, who also owns and operates boutique salon and beauty emporium, Salon La De Da, and La De Da Cupcake Café. Jessica Caputi, Grace’s daughter, is the manager of the salon. The talented team is known throughout the area and beyond as the “dynamic duo of styling.” Grace’s second daughter, Isabella Caputi, is manager of the new Café La De Da. La De Da Cupcake Café is an elegant destination for private parties and celebrations like birthdays for both adults and children. Services offered include completely customized cakes, desserts, invitations, entertainment, photography, keepsakes and more.
When developing the concept for her businesses and for the new café, Grace Sepe noted the importance of supporting other small, local enterprises. She also wanted to encourage and model business entrepreneurship for her children and others, especially women. “My businesses are retreats and literally saved my life,” stated Sepe. “I want to give my children the tools to survive and to thrive in a unique space which promotes family values and offers activities and events that families can enjoy together,” she added. Both of Grace’s daughters are involved in managing her businesses.
