Middletown Man Had Heroin Paraphernalia in Howell, Police Charge
The Middletown man, 23, was arrested last Tuesday in Howell Township.

HOWELL, NJ — A Middletown man was arrested in Howell last Tuesday and charged with having heroin paraphernalia. Connor Mahan, 23, was found Tuesday, May 16 with a water bottle cap with a cotton ball, a small rubber band and an empty wax fold that police suspect contained heroin, Howell police said.
He was also found with a hypodermic syringe.
Mahan was charged with disorderly persons offenses.
