MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Recorded by Middletown resident Don Watson, here is the most recent Middletown Township Committee meeting, held last Monday, June 18.

Some highlights: Former State Sen. Joe Kyrillos, a longtime Middletown resident, was presented the key to the city. An ordinance was adopted to borrow funds to install cameras at some parks and to construct a dog park in Tindall Park.

Also, current Middletown Mayor Stephanie Murray has resigned, citing her increased responsibilities as the full-time administrator of West Long Branch. The Middletown mayor position is unpaid.
