Watch The Sept. 18 Middletown Township Committee Meeting

A contract was awarded to rebuild the Stevenson Park bridge, and can the Mountain Hill/Sears properties be considered redevelopment zones?

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Provided by Middletown resident Don Watson, here's video of the most recent Township Committee meeting, held last Monday, Sept. 18.

A contract was awarded to reconstruct the bridge into Stevenson Park and a resolution was passed that extends the area the Planning Board can include to determine if the Mountain Hill and Sears properties can be considered areas in need of redevelopment.

And, as we've reported, big changes are coming for Middletown's trash and recycling pick-up: A final resolution passed awarding a new contract for garbage and recycling collection services in the entire town. The new trash changes take effect Jan. 1, 2018. More info. here: http://www.middletownnj.org/29...
