A bond ordinance from last year was reintroduced and adopted, due to incorrect wording in the original ordinance.
There was a public hearing regarding the municipal budget. There were a few people who came to ask about different line items in the budget that have had extreme fluctuations over the past couple of years. Middletown's chief financial officer, Colleen Lapp, provided clear explanations for those line items, Watson said.
