DREAM BIG: An introduction to engineers and engineering for people of all ages, especially families and children, including a free film screening of the award-winning documentary Dream Big: Engineering Our World and several virtual panels in November where patrons can join live conversations with the Dream Teams of young, diverse engineers who will answer questions, share their personal stories and what inspires them to make a positive difference in the world. Travel the world to see engineering in action, from the Great Wall of China, to solar car races in Australia, and underwater robots in the USA. NOTE: we cannot guarantee a preference but will accommodate if that version of the craft kit is still available. Adult DIY Craft Kits are first come, first served. Our Reference Librarians Katherine and Liz will be doing a live tutorial on how to assemble the Fall Leaf Cross Stitch and answer any questions you may have.
