Young Middletown Woman Hit by Train Stable at Hospital
The Middletown woman hit by a train Saturday night at the town's train station remains in stable condition at Jersey Shore Medical Center.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ - The young Middletown woman hit by a train Saturday night at the town's train station remains in stable condition at Jersey Shore Medical Center.
Blayke Terry, 22, remains at the hospital and is stable, a spokeswoman for Jersey Shore Medical Center said.
As Patch reported, Terry was hit at 8:30 Saturday evening by a North Jersey Coast line train that had left Long Branch station at 8:03 p.m. and was en route to New York City. Terry was trespassing on the tracks at the time when she was hit, an NJ Transit spokeswoman said.

Terry, who is from Matawan originally, was a graduate of Matawan Regional High School and currently works at Garden State Veterinary Specialists in Tinton Falls. On Facebook, many of her friends expressed messages wishing her a speedy recovery.
