Local authorities issued the following statement about the letter last week:
“The Millburn Police Department, after a careful investigation into the allegations sent in a letter to the public about the Glenwood School, has found the letter not to be credible.”
The allegations in the letter prompted the Millburn Board of Education to hire a Morristown-based law firm to conduct an investigation. About 50 parents at the school received a copy of the letter, NorthJersey.com reported.
