• Wanted Man Arrested In Millburn After Cops Find Sword, Knives In Car (patch.com) — Millburn police arrested a Newark man with an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop on Fineran Way, where officers reported finding a katana-style sword and metal daggers in his car. The driver, who has prior felony convictions, now faces additional weapons charges and was taken to the Essex County Correctional Facility, underscoring ongoing public safety efforts in and around Millburn.

• Mary Poppins (njfamily.com) — Millburn theater lovers can look forward to Mary Poppins opening Paper Mill Playhouse's 88th season this November, with subscriptions on sale now at the Millburn box office and online. The production runs November 18 through January 3 and kicks off a 2026–2027 lineup that also includes Lend Me A Tenor, Million Dollar Quartet, and Dear Evan Hansen.
