Short Hills Mall Theft: 3 Stolen Handbags Cost More Than A Car
Yet another ultra-expensive shoplifting incident was reported at the Mall At Short Hills, Millburn police say.

MILLBURN, NJ — According to the Millburn Police Department, yet another ultra-expensive shoplifting incident was reported at the mall last month. This time, the suspect targeted three handbags from a display at the Nieman Marcus store.
The value of the three bags was estimated at $17,700, police said.
After the theft, the suspect – a black male wearing a black baseball cap and an orange vest – ran from the store and escaped through the parking deck, police said.
