Moorestown Seeks Alternative To Miles Site For Affordable Housing
A proposal to re-zone the Mile site was delayed while the town explores alternatives, the Moorestown Sun reports.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Moorestown Council has reportedly put any plans for using the Miles Technology Site for affordable housing on hold while it explores other options.
Mayor Lisa Petriello said the township is exploring another good faith option when announcing the township wouldn’t act on a proposal to re-zone the site, the Moorestown Sun reports. A specific alternative site has not yet been named.
The township was considering re-zoning the site after a superior court judge ruled that Pennrose couldn't move forward with its proposed affordable housing development off Route 38.
