Major Road Project In Works For Moorestown, Leaders Invite Feedback (patch.com) — Moorestown drivers and pedestrians can expect major changes along Route 38, South Church Street, and Fellowship Road as a three-year safety and congestion relief project moves toward final design. State and township officials will present detailed plans, including new lanes, signals, sidewalks, and drainage upgrades, at a September 29 information session at the Moorestown Municipal Building, where residents can ask questions and share feedback.
   

2. New Italian Market On The Way In Moorestown (patch.com) — Moorestown shoppers can look forward to Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace opening at East Gate Square in late 2027, bringing homemade Italian specialties, bakery items, and catering to 1311 Nixon Drive. The expansion, part of the chain's growth in New Jersey and the Philadelphia region, is already sparking online hiring and aims to serve South Jersey customers who know the brand.
   

3. New, Free Rides Added To NJ Shuttle Service: See Where (patch.com) — A new free "SJ Connects" shuttle line will start running September 21 between Pennsauken Transit Center and Twosome Drive at Church Street in Moorestown, with 11 stops and Cooper's Moorestown campus as a key endpoint. Funded as a regional pilot, the ADA-accessible buses are meant to help Moorestown-area residents reach jobs, health care, schools, and shopping without needing a car.
   

4. Where to find affordable apartments in South Jersey (courierpostonline.com) — Moorestown is identified as one of Burlington County's main hubs for affordable and income-restricted apartment developments, alongside Mount Laurel and several nearby towns. A statewide housing database shows wide rent ranges, from a few hundred dollars to over $2,000, depending on unit size, subsidies, and location across South Jersey counties.
