Free Rabies Clinic in New Brunswick

Rabies has been found in wild animals in Woodbridge and Middletown. All pets are required to be vaccinated.

New Brunswick, NJ - Mark your calendars. The city of New Brunswick is holding a free rabies vaccine clinic Saturday, January 23.

The clinic is open for both cats and dogs (most towns only cover dogs), and goes from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 23. It will be held at the New Brunswick DPW/Public Works Garage at 400 Jersey Ave.

A fox found in Colonia late in 2015 tested positive for rabies, and Middletown reported 10 animals with rabies in 2015, the most recent being a raccoon found on Dec. 24.
