Parking Authority Announces Survey Results

Hundreds of responses to survey provided valuable feedback.

The New Brunswick Parking Authority recently asked its customers about their experiences in hopes of improving the services they provide.

Hundreds of responses were gathered over a six week period and Executive Director Mitch Karon said the responses will help the authority with its work in the future. "We are committed to delivering excellent service and to ensure the best parking experience for our patrons," he said. "One way to achieve this goal to meet our customers' expectations is to get their direct feedback about their parking experience."

Using Surveymonkey.com the authority was able to gather information from not only residents but also people who use mass transit in the area, commuters, students and more. The questions focused on parking patterns, facilities used and where people were coming from to park in the city. They were also asked to rank areas like cleanliness, transaction time and signage.
