Borough to Purchase Steuben Lane Property
After lengthy negotiations, the borough has reached an agreement with property owners
The Borough Council voted to authorize the purchase of a Steuben Lane property at their meeting Monday night.
The Van Eck Property, as it is commonly known, is at 1033 Steuben Lane on the Hackensack River.
"The property is at the end of Steuben Lane and abuts the New Milford Woods and fits nicely into the borough's recreational open space," said Mayor Ann Subrizi.
