The New Milford Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear from representatives of Inserra Supermarkets at their meeting Tuesday night. The parent company of Shoprite is seeking a "resolution to extend time for filing of Inserra subdivision plan with County," according to the board's agenda.
According to Zoning Board officials, this pertains to a map of a subdivision of the property that will be filed with the county and the resolution, if granted by the board, would extend the time Inserra has to submit the map.
