• St. Hilaire doesn't miss a beat, leads New Milford football over Hasbrouck Heights (nj.com subscription) — New Milford football fans saw a strong start to the season as Kobe St. Hilaire powered the Knights past Hasbrouck Heights with 165 rushing yards, two touchdowns, and a key two-point conversion. Quarterback Max Kenny and receiver Brady Gilchrist also connected for big plays that helped secure New Milford's fifth straight opening-night victory, 21–14.
