United Water Property on Agenda for Council Meeting
The mayor and council will hold their work session Monday which includes three items related to the UW property

The mayor and council have a full agenda to cover at their work session which begins at 7 p.m. Monday in the upstairs conference room at Borough Hall.
Three items under open session are related to the United Water property. Borough Planner Dennis Kirwan will be appearing before the governing body to discuss the development of the United Water property.
The mayor and council will also be discussing the resolution passed by Westwood's mayor and council last week which is seeking to "compel" United Water to keep the Woodcliff Lake Reservoir at lower levels than it is currently kept.

Mayor Ann Subrizi had no official comment on Westwood's resolution as she was still awaiting a copy of their resolution and other materials the borough had requested as of late last week. Council President Keith Bachmann said the council would discuss it and then decide what action to take.
The agenda also calls for a discussion of the responses to the questions raised by the presentation at the last public meeting from Dr. Stephen Boswell, the borough's engineer, on the April 17 flooding.
