Deerfield Students Go to Washington
U.S. Representative Leonard Lance (R-7th) met with students from Deerfield Middle School of Mountainside.
Students from Deerfield Middle School in Mountainside visited the Capitol at the capital in May
The students met with U.S. Rep. Leonard Lance on the steps of the United States Capitol Building on May 22.
During a meeting with the Mountainside students, Lance answered questions from the group and discussed his job as a lawmaker. Lance represents the 7th Congressional District in New Jersey which includes New Providence, Mountainside and Berkeley Heights. He is in November against Democratic challenger .
