It appears that at least one split district in South Jersey is now all Democrat.
Democrat incumbent Bob Andrzejczak and his running mate R. Bruce Land appear to have defeated Republican incumbent Sam Fiocchi and his running mate Jim Sauro in the First Legislative District General Assembly Race, according to unofficial results posted Tuesday night.
With all districts reporting just after 10 p.m. in Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland counties, it appeared that Andrzejczak won 28 percent of the vote, with Land capturing 27 percent of the vote. Fiocchi won 23 percent of the vote, and Sauro appeared to have won 22 percent.
