Just Pups Owner Files Lawsuit Against Paramus
Owner Vincent LoSacco wants time to prepare for a hearing Monday that could decide whether his store remains open.

PARAMUS, N.J. - The owner of Just Pups, the embattled Paramus pet store who has spent the last six days getting blasted online following allegations of animal cruelty, has filed a suit against the borough Friday to try and get the store reopened.
The suit requests that the borough lift the order that closed the store earlier this week.
LoSacco has been at the center of a controversy after police found 67 puppies inside a van behind the store early Monday morning. The police claim it was only 38 degrees inside the van, that some of the animals were covered in urine and feces, and that the animals could not even stand up in their cages.
