Teacher, Coach Charged With Sexual Assault In Mercer County

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A high school teacher and coach was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a female student, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said.

Anthony Linder-Creo, 24, from Steinert High School in Hamilton was charged with four counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is currently being held in the Mercer County Correction Center pending a detention hearing.

"It is alleged that Linder-Creo had sexual relations with a 17-year-old female student at his home in Robbinsville during an occasion in August 2022," Onofri's office said in a statement.

Linder-Creo was arrested Thursday following an investigation by the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit. The investigation is ongoing.
