Princeton Democratic Organization VP May Run for Council Seat: Report
Amner Deleon will make his decision in the next couple weeks.

Princeton, NJ -- Princeton Community Democratic Organization Vice President Amner Deleon will decide in the next couple of weeks whether he wants to run for one of two open seats on Princeton Council this year, the Princeton Packet reports.
Should he decide to run and become elected, he would be the first Latino to serve in municipal government in Princeton, according to the report. He was born in Guatemala, but grew up in Princeton.
Councilman Patrick Simon and Councilwoman Jenny Crumiller, both Democrats, are up for re-election this year. Crumiller already said she will run for re-election, but Simon may decide to run for mayor.
