Water Main Break Reported Under Rt. 206 In Princeton

PRINCETON, NJ — A water main break under the road at Route 206 and Hutchinson is being reported Thursday morning.

Repair crews are en-route, Princeton Police reported at 9:45 a.m.

No left turns will be allowed from Route 206 southbound onto Hutchinson and no left turns from Hutchinson onto Route 206 to head southbound will be allowed, police report.

All traffic from Hutchinson onto Route 206 must turn right and head north. This pattern may change as repairs progress, police say.

Drivers should follow appropriate signage/directions of traffic personnel.

Additionally, Route 206 will also have alternating traffic between around 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. as a damaged utility pole is replaced.
