Alleged Masturbator Charged In 2 More Bergen County Incidents: Prosecutor
A man charged for allegedly masturbating in the presence of a child has been charged in 2 more incidents, Bergen County prosecutors say.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — An Englewood man who was charged a week ago for allegedly masturbating in public, in the presence of a minor, has been charged in connection with two more incidents, prosecutors said.
Dawid S. Iwaszek, 34, was initially charged on May 24 with criminal sexual assault by sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child, and lewdness, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. The incident was allegedly in the presence of a child under 13, prosecutors said.
At the time, prosecutors said they were investigating similar incidents in Englewood and Teaneck, and sought information from the public.

On Monday morning, June 3, prosecutors said Iwaszek was being charged in another incident in Englewood, and one in Teaneck. The other incident in Englewood was also in the presence of a child, prosecutors said.
"In the additional Englewood incident, the investigation revealed that Iwaszek exposed himself and masturbatedin public while in the presence of a child under the age of 13," prosecutors said Monday. "In the Teaneck incident, the investigation revealed that Iwaszek exposed himself in a public place and masturbated."

The new charges added on Friday, May 31 were second-degree criminal sexual assault by sexual contact, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree lewdness, and a disorderly persons offense of lewdness.
Iwaszek was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
