Bergen Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old: Prosecutors

The 54-year-old man assaulted an 11-year-old child in Hackensack on multiple occasions, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said.

HACKENSACK, NJ — A 54-year-old Hackensack man was arrested Tuesday on charges of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old child, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said Thursday.

Ruben Saca has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors say that on March 17, the Hackensack Police Department contacted the county's Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child.

Both entities investigated and determined that Saca sexually assaulted the child, who was 11 at the time, on multiple occasions in Hackensack, proscutors said.

Saca was taken to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
